Ingredientes:
para 4 personas:
24 discos de empanadas de copetin,
o 12 de empanadas"normales";
ricotta 1/2 kilo;
200grs de queso pategras,
200grs.jamón cocido,
albahaca,
pimienta,
nuez moscada,
1 huevo,
sal y queso para rallar.

Opcional nueces.

Preparado:
Mezclar la ricotta con el huevo, el queso cortado en pequeños
daditos y el jamón picado, salpimentar y condimentar con la nuez
moscada y el queso para rallar.Agregar la albahaca y dejar reposar 1
hora aproximadamente.Preparar los discos de empanadas y rellenarlos
con la mezcla cerrando los bordes y uniendo los extremos ejerciendo
una leve presión.Hervirlos en agua y sal hasta que comiencen a flotar
y sacarlos con una espumadera y servirlos.Se acompañan con salsa o
tuco con carne(vaca o pollo) o salsa blanca o ambas salsas. Que los
disfruten Reyenito.
