Ingredientes:
100 gr de manteca
100 gr de azúcar
2 huevos
200 gr harina leudante
ralladura y jugo de un limón

Preparado:
Batir la manteca con el azúcar hasta tener una crema. Incorporar los
huevos de a uno batiendo muy bien. Alternar la harina leudante con el
jugo de limón. Perfumar con la ralladura de limón. Enmantecar y
enharinar un molde de budín inglés o un molde con aro (22 cm. de
diámetro). Colocar la preparación en el molde y llevar a horno
durante 35 a 40 minutos aproximadamente.
