Ingredientes:
(para 4 personas:)
800 gr de congrio (o lenguado)
aceite de oliva
3 limones
50 gr de manteca
500 cc salsa blanca (leche, manteca, harina, maicena, queso rallado y sal)
1 cda. de sal y pimienta negra a gusto
1 kg de papas
tomillo y salvia disecados

Preparado:
Pelar y cortar las papas en rodajas, llevarlas a horno fuerte con
sal, aceite hasta que estén bien doradas. Sellar los filete de congrio
con aceite de oliva en sartén. Salsa de limón: colocar en un jarro
la manteca hasta que se derrita y agregarle el jugo de los tres
limones con una pizca de sal. Colocar en una fuente para horno los
filetes de congrio. Condimentar con tomillo y salvia, y agregarle la
salsa de limón. Llevar a horno caliente por 10 min. Luego agregar la
salsa blanca y continuar la cocción por 5 min más. Servir en plato
junto con las papas rociadas con el resto de salsa. A chuparse los
dedos.
