Ingredientes

1 1/2 kg. de paleta de cordero cortado en trozos
200 gr. de pasas de uvas
200 gr. de almendras tostadas
2 cebollas picadas
3/4 vaso de aceite
1 cucharadita de canela
1 pizca de azafrán diluido
Agua
Sal y pimienta

Preparación

Ponga el aceite en una cacerola, dore los trozos de cordero, retire y reserve.
En la misma cacerola dore las cebollas hasta que esten transparente. Vulva a poner la carne en la cacerola. Sazone con sal y pimienta, espolvoree con la canel e incorpoire el azafrán diluído en dos cucharadas de agua.
Cubra el guiso con agua, añada las pasas y cocine a fuego bajo con la cacerola tapada, 45 minutos. Añada las almendras y cocine 15 minutos más. Sirva con arroz.
