Cuadrado de menta y chocolate

Ingredientes de la base

200 gr. de galletitas de chocolate
100 gr. de manteca blanda

Ingredientes de la crema de menta

1 lata de leche condensada
1 taza de leche
4 yemas
1/2 taza de hojas de menta fresca

Ingredientes de la crema de chocolate

1 1/2 taza de crema de leche
200 gr. de chocolate
Frutillas frescas
Cacao en polvo

Preparación

Para la base procesar las galletitas junto con la manteca blanda. Cubrir la base de un molde o una placa con bordes altos. Llevar a la heladera y reservar.
Para la crema de menta, calentar la leche con la menta. Cuando rompa el hervor, apagar y dejar reposar tapada, durante 10 minutos. Colar y mezclar con la leche condensada y las yemas batidas. Distribuir sobre la base de galletitas y llevara horno moderado durante 5 minutos, hasta solidificar la crema, no se debe dorar.
Para la crema de chocolate, llevar a punto de ebullición la crema de leche y volcar sobre el chocolate picado. Mezclar con batidor para conseguir una crema lisa. Disponer sobre la crema cocida de menta y llevar a la heladera hasta enfriar completamente. Cortar en cuadrados, decorar con frutilla y cacao en polvo.
