Ingredientes:
(para 6 porciones:)
*3 cucharaditas de agua
*1 taza de azúcar
*4 piezas de huevo
*1 lata de leche condensada
*1 taza de leche evaporada
*2 cucharadas de fécula de maíz
*90 gr de queso crema
*licor de café (al gusto)

Preparado:
Se prepara el caramelo en la estufa con el agua y el azúcar, bañar el
molde o la flanera. Licuar los ingredientes restantes y agregar al
molde acaramelado. Hornear sin tapar de 12 a 15 minutos a nivel 8 o
medio alto. Girar cada 3 minutos, dejar reposar 5 minutos tapado con
papel aluminio. Verificar su consistencia con un palillo. Si es
necesario hornear de 2 a 3 minutos más, a máxima potencia. Enfriar,
refrigerar y desmoldar.
