Galletitas de queso chester

Ingredientes

100 gr. de harina leudante
1/2 cucharadita de sal
1/2 cucharadita de pimienta
100 gr. de queso rallado
100 gr. de manteca blanda

Preparación

Ponga en la mesa todos los ingredientes, amase hasta que se una en un bollo liso, estire espolvoreando con harina la mesa, corte discos de 3 cm. de diámetro, siga uniendo los restos de masa, haga más galletitas. Levántelas con una espátula y acomódelos sobre una placa para horno, forrada con papel manteca, lleve al horno de 5 a 7 minutos, que estén sequitas pero sin dorar. Puede adornarlos con queso crema y ciboulette picada, o un copito de mayonesa y un trocito de jamón o comerlas solas.
