Licor de quinotos

Ingredientes

  • 1 kg. de quinotos
  • 1 vaina de vainilla o esencia
  • 500 gr. de azúcar en pancitos
  • 1 1/4 litro de agua
  • 600 CC. de alcohol

Preparación

Poner en un recipiente enlozado los quinotos en agua fría,  toda la noche. Cambiarles el agua y darles un ligero hervor. Preparar un almíbar con el agua, el azúcar y la vainilla, agregar los quinotos, que hiervan unos minutos, dejar enfriar, añadirle el alcohol. Dejar en maceración 10 días,  tapado en  un frasco, luego colarlo y embotellarlo en el frasco de su agrado.
