Masa base de pastel integral

Ingredientes

  • 1 taza de nueces
  • 1 taza de harina integral o harina de avena
  • 1/3 cucharadita de sal
  • 1/3 taza de agua

Preparación

Para una base de 23 cm., licuar las nueces y mezclarla con la harina, agregar suficiente agua para una masa suave, esparcir la masa sobre el molde forrado con papel untado en manteca. Cocinar a 190º hasta que este ligeramente dorado.
