MASA BASICA DE EMPANADAS INTEGRALES

Ingredientes:
*500 gr de harina integral súper fina
*180 gr de harina de soja
*30 gr de levadura
*50 gr de aceite neutro
*20 gr de sal fina
*1 huevo entero (para pintar)
*1/2 litro de agua fría
*harina 000 (para enharinar) c/n

Preparado:
Mezclar las harinas y la sal en un bol. Disolver la levadura con un
poco de agua tibia y el azúcar mas el aceite. Espumar y agregar.
Amasar e ir agregando el agua hasta formar un bollo liso y semiduro.
Dar tres vueltas dobles y estirar, y cortar de 14 cm.
