*250 gr de mantequilla
*1 copa de anisado
*2 tazas de leche
*2 tazas de azúcar
*1 cucharada de chuño o fécula de papa o maíz
*3 cucharaditas de polvo de hornear

ligeramente e incorporamos las yemas, el chuño y el polvo de hornear.
Luego echamos todo sobre la mantequilla derretida y revolvemos.

previamente licuado, la leche y la copa de anís. Finalmente,
engrasamos un molde, vaciamos la mezcla y colocamos en el horno
precalentado (hasta que dore). Hornear a 250 ºC por 50 minutos.
