PATATAS CON COSTILLAS (4PAX)

Ingredientes:
*1 kg de Patatas
*1 1/2 kg de costillas de cerdo separadas
*1 cebolla
*1 pimiento
*1 pastilla de caldo
*1 vaso de vino blanco
*1 hoja de laurel
*4 cucharadas de aceite
*agua
*sal

Preparado:
Se sofríe la cebolla en el aceite, cortada a cuadraditos hasta que
esté transparente. Se echan las costillas a fuego fuerte hasta que
estén bien frititas por fuera. Seguidamente se echa el pimiento a
cuadraditos y se sofríe con el resto de ingredientes. Se echan las
patatas a cuadraditos. Enseguida de echa el vino y se espera a que
reduzca. Entonces se cubre el guiso con agua (no mucha) y se cuece
lentamente y destapado unos 30 min, hasta que las patatas se deshagan.
Se rectifican de sal. Ummmmm. Este plato contiene las tres BBB, es
Bueno, Bonito y Barato.
