Ingredientes:
*1 kg de patatas
*1 cebolla
*2 huevos
*ajo
*harina
*sal
*aceite
*1 hoja de laurel

Preparado:
Se pelan y se cortan las patatas en rodajas más o menos de 1 cm. Se
les pone un poco de sal, después se pasa por harina y huevo y se fríen
un poquito hasta que se doren. Se ponen en una cazuela. En el mismo
aceite donde se han dorado las patatas se fríe la cebolla, cuando esté
dorada se echa junto a las patatas, también echamos los ajos y el
laurel, lo cubrimos con un poco de agua y dejamos que cueza durante un
cuarto de hora más o menos. ¡ Buen provecho!
