POLLO A LA PIÑA

Ingredientes:
*2 pechugas de pollo
*2 zanahoria
*2 calabaza
*5 champiñones
*brote de soja al gusto
*cebolla
*salsa de soja
*miel
*1 lata de piña
*sal
*pimienta

Preparado:
Se corta la cebolla muy chiquita y se pone a sofreír a que quede
doradita, ya dorada la cebolla se le ponen las pechugas de pollo
cortadas en tiritas y se le agrega dos cucharadas de soja y dos
cucharadas de miel. Cuando el pollo empieza tomar color cafecito, se
le agrega la verdura cortada en cubitos, tiras o rayada, el brote de
soja y los champiñones y se deja a fuego lento tapado durante 10
minutos, agregándole sal y pimienta al gusto.

Ya cocido el pollo se le agrega la piña cortada en cuadritos con el
jugo y dos cucharadas más de miel y se deja 15 minutos más a fuego
lento.

Se puede acompañar con arroz blanco.
