Ingredientes:
*1 pollo grande ( 2kg y medio o mas )
*1 litro de aceite
*3 cabezas( no dientes ) de ajo
*ramilletes de romero

Preparado:
Se coloca el aceite en el disco, una vez caliente se coloca el
pollo en trozos y los ramilletes de romero, para que le den sabor,
siempre hay que empezar por las partes mas gruesas,cuando estén bien
doradas las presas, se le agregan los ajos, pelados, separados en
dientes y cortados en tres o cuatro pedacitos, cuando están apenas
dorados se retira todo, pollo (que tendrá la piel crocante) y ajos y
se sirven las presas, junto con un poco de ajos. Acompañar con papas
fritas y un buen tinto.
