*1 sobre de sopa crema de espárrago
*1 litro de vino blanco

Se troza el pollo, colocar en una fuente para horno. Aparte
disolver en un bol el contenido del sobre de la sopa crema de
espárragos con el litro de vino. Verter la mitad de esta
preparación en la fuente y llevar a horno durante 20 minutos, luego
agregar el resto de la preparación y dejar otros 20 minutos.

Servir con papas al natural.

NOTA: NO salar el pollo, ya que la salsa ya tiene la sal necesaria
