POLLO AL HORNO CON PAPAS A LA URUGUAYA

Ingredientes:
*1 pollo
*1 manzana
*sal
*pimienta
*1/2 taza de aceite
*3/4 taza de caldo
*1/2 taza de vino blanco
*2 ramitas de romero
*1 cucharada de mostaza
*1 kg de papas
*2 cebollas

Preparado:
Preparar una mezcla de sal, pimienta y jugo de limón. Lavar bien el
pollo, secarlo y frotarlo con la mezcla. Colocar en el interior 1a
manzana sin pelar y atar las puntas de las patas para que matanga bien
su forma. Colocarlo en una asadera con 1/4 taza de aceite, disponer
alrededor las papas cortadas en forma deseada y las cebollas en
trozos. Preparar una nueva mezcla con el caldo, el aceite, el vino
blanco y la mostaza. Cocinar 1 hora y 15 minutos, cada 10 minutos
rociándolo con la mezcla. Colocar las ramitas de romero para decorar
al servir.
