Ingredientes

12 pepinillos agridulces
24 cebollitas en vinagre
12 papas chicas con piel
1/2 horma de queso raclette

Preparación

Lavar la con cepillo las papas y cocinarlas con piel hasta que estén tiernas. Cortarlas en cubos chicos. Colocar la 1/2 horma de queso en el horno para raclette. Cortar los pepinillos en fetas y las cebollas al medio. Distribuir las papas en cazuelitas o plato hondo chico. Cuando el queso comienza a blandarse, verterlo sobre las papas. Terminar con trozos de pepinillos y cebollitas agridulces.
