Salsa de vino con hierbas

Ingredientes

  • 1 vaso de vino blanco
  • 1/2 taza de caldo
  • 1 cucharada de harina
  • 30 gr. de manteca
  • 1 pote de crema de leche
  • 3 cucharadas de queso rallado
  • 1 cucharada de hierbas aromáticas

Preparación

Mezclar el vino con el caldo y la harina. Añadir la manteca, colocar sobre fuego lento revolviendo continuamente hasta que suelte el hervor. Retirar del fuego, agregar la crema de leche, el queso rallado y las hierbas aromáticas, condimentar y mezclar bien.
