Ingredientes

1/2 pollo deshuesado sin piel
1 clara de huevo
100 gr. de semilla de sésamo
2 morrones
2 dientes de ajo
6 huevos
6 panes de Viena
100 gr. de mayonesa
Perejil fresco
Aceite de oliva
Sal y pimienta

Preparación

Procesar las semillas de sésamo hasta obtener una agregar, agregar la carne de pollo y la clara, volver a procesar, añadir sal y pimienta negra molida. Cuando se haya hecho una pasta homogénea, realizar las hamburguesas. Cocinar las hamburguesas en una plancha con fuego bajo, sobre una plancha con gotas de aceite con aceite de oliva.
Quemar los morrones, pelarlos y cortarlos en tiras. Condimentar con ajo picado, sal, pimienta negra y aceite de oliva. Procesar el perejil con un diente de ajo, la mayonesa y 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva.
Hacer los huevos en la plancha y salpimentarlos. Armar las hamburguesas con el pan caliente, la carne, la mayonesa verde, el morrón en aceite y el huevo a la plancha.
